We are a boutique design house, with 18 years experience focused on creating and delivering luxury bespoke architecture and interior design. We curate and craft beautiful spaces which are underpinned by a pragmatic approach towards design implementation and delivery.

Our Projects
We have extensive experience in luxury residential design, and also commercial developments such as hotels, restaurants or apartment buildings and so have a keen understanding of budgets, optimisation and maximising potential of sites, and properties.

Interior Design | Timeless, Sophisticated & Inviting
Layering onto the architectural hardscape, we create warm and inviting spaces which are sophisticated, comfortable, and timeless.
We are experts at crafting spaces. Balancing the casual and formal, the private and open; we understand how to utilise colours, tones, materials, furniture and bespoke joinery to create beautiful spaces that are expertly designed from beginning to completion.
Appraisals & Feasibility
We regularly advise and consult with our clients on new purchases or potential developments. We can provide high level design appraisals of your property, whether change of use or reconfiguration, as architects we are best placed to assist you in forming your brief and aspirations for your property.
Planning & Statutory Submissions
Greatly experienced in working with both new and existing buildings, we have an in depth knowledge of the planning and statutory processes.
We can provide early stage planning consultancy and preparation of Pre-Planning & Full Planning Applications, Listed Building Consents, documentation for License to Alter & Landlords Consents and specifications and drawings for Building Control Submissions.
We have worked extensively and successfully in Listed historical properties and period properties within Conservation Areas.
Site Supervision & FF&E Procurement
As Qualified Architects and Interior Designers with extensive experience in both the private and commercial sectors, we are perfectly placed to oversee the construction process to completion.
We also offer a bespoke FF&E procurement service for our projects, specifying, costing and purchasing all the loose furniture, decorative lighting, upholstery and linens and overseeing their installation on site ready for client occupation.
